Well in my opinion the functionality of a web page would have a 60 percent. Because knowledge is required codes important as the most important links and a mastery of the page.
The design would have 40 percent. Because it is simpler to give a design that calls attention to the user.

What Percentage Give yuo would work to Web page design and web page funcionality? Why?
The functionality of a web page would have a 70%. Because the functionality of a web page requires knowledge codes involving links between pages and file hosting many things I am learning.
What concerns would have a 30% design, because this part would give color and form to our website making it very attractive or interesting to the user.
